Shipping
Our apparel is shipped USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days), with rates starting at ONLY $4.75 for the first 3 onesies (and increases thereafter). Please allow 3-5 business days for customization and payment approval prior to shipping. You will be notified immediately of any delays due to product availability. We currently only ship within the U.S.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused items, other than customized orders, may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt. You must first e-mail at us Customerservice@funkymonkeydesigns.com for a return authorization number (RA#) in order for us to accept the item back.
Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please mail all returns with insurance and delivery confirmation, which UPS & Fed-Ex automatically include. If using US Postal Service, you must request for and pay extra for these services. Feel free to email us with any questions.
Shipment Refusal:
Customer’s refusal to accept any order delivery will be fully responsible for all shipping and handling fees pertaining to that order.
Payment Options/Security
We currently accept Visa & Mastercard for payment. We do not retain your credit card number after processing your transaction, and we only keep your e-mail address to contact you regarding your order. None of your information is ever sold or given to anyone.
Gift Packaging
If you would like something gift wrapped in mesh fabric and tied with a beautiful ribbon, there is a charge of $3.50.
Apparel Information
All onesies are medium weight, super-soft 100% European interlock cotton (5.4 oz). They are double stitched for extra durability, and sleeve edges, neck and leg openings are all finished with an interlock binding needle ribbed binding at neck. These onesies are of the softest, highest quality you can find, and they stay true after repeated washings.
Sizing
Our onesies look big before laundering, but the sizing chart below is for after an item is laundered. Did we think of everything or what?!
